Enhance Your Workout With Yoga Fusion

FreeOur 45-minute virtual workout combines yoga with other fitness moves and offers self-care techniques.
This online yoga class fuses yoga poses, stretches and breathing techniques with other fitness moves, incorporating light weights (optional) and yoga straps. Self-care techniques such as hand and foot massages are part of the fun.
The fusion between yoga and other fitness exercises helps develop upper- and lower-body muscle strength and eye and hand coordination and can result in more vitality, improved posture, and a sense of well-being. Great for beginners! Please consult your physician before beginning any new exercise regimen.
How to Join
A separate registration is required for each class in this series, plus a completed liability waiver. Sign in to your AARP.org account or create an account to register for events. AARP membership is not required. You will receive an email with the Zoom link before class.
