Fitness: Dance Your Way to Better Health

FreeDiscover the joy and health benefits of dance and connect with others in an online dance workout designed for all abilities and ages.
As we age, an active lifestyle and regular exercise can lead to better function of both body and brain.
Instructor Maria Amaya will introduce you to dance fitness in a 30-minute virtual workout for anyone who wants to gently and gradually increase their cardio function, mobility, and balance and have fun with rhythm and movement at the same time. Please consult your physician before beginning any new exercise regimen.
How to Join
A separate registration is required for each class in this series, plus a completed liability waiver. Sign in to your AARP.org account or create an account to register for events. AARP membership is not required. You will receive an email with the Zoom link before class.
